PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a media data processing device, media data processing method, and media data processing program which prevent an unauthorized use by a third party and are user-friendly. SOLUTION: A wireless communication terminal 100 reproduces media data stored in a media data memory 54 and an external recording medium by a media data processing portion 19. In the wireless communication terminal 100, when a key operation portion does not detect any key operation for a predetermined period of time, a control portion 3 controls the key operation portion 18 and locks the operation of the key operation portion 18. When a detecting portion 7 detects that an earphone 24 is connected to an earphone terminal 6, the control portion 3 does not make key locking operation with the keys to do media data reproduction-related operation.
