PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an operator mounting space by reducing operators to be packaged. SOLUTION: When display numerical value is set forward by a numerical value forward key in correcting a time code, predetermined information such as "CLOCK" is displayed after a predetermined numerical value, and real time information is set in a time code generator in response to that the display contents should be fixed in displaying the predetermined information. By using the operator common to that for correcting the time code, real time information is set in the time code generator, and thus an operator for setting real time information in the time code generator can be omitted.
