PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system trouble monitoring device capable of rapidly coping with trouble when the trouble occurs in a computer system under operation and restoring the computer system in a short time, and to provide a trouble information distribution system. SOLUTION: The system trouble monitoring device 200 for monitoring trouble which occurs in the computer system comprises a trouble information storage section 230 storing known trouble information and trouble solution information showing the solution, correspondingly; a trouble information retrieval section 220 determining whether the trouble information shown in a log file is stored in the trouble information storage section 230 when acquiring the log file showing trouble contents, from the computer system, and retrieving the corresponding trouble solution information when the trouble information is stored; and a trouble information communication section 224 notifying a system management terminal 13 of the retrieved trouble solution information.
