PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an embedded expansion fastener and its molding method. SOLUTION: A straight cylinder is finished by the structure of a kind of embedded expansion fastener, its production method and the press working. The inner hole of the fastener is press worked to form an annular machine screw thread, and meshing gear teeth having a different a height and shape is formed by forming a slant face in the inside. When a screw thread (bolt) or a male member of a suitable length and dimension is attached, the thread is screwed and pressed against the slope in the inside, and the fastener having the slant face in the inside is expanded to the outside. As the slope angle changes, the meshing gear teeth forms an umbrella shape and realizes the biting effect to a work piece. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
