PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pressure fluctuation accompanying a temperature change in a space inside a bearing which is sealed by a sealing material and suppress fluctuation in sealing tension. SOLUTION: In a side wall face 13a on the inner side (right side in the figure) of the bearing of a seal groove 13 of an inner ring 12, a distribution hole 14 is formed at one location along an annular direction of the inner ring 12 in the side wall face 13a at a position where a main lip 18a of the sealing material 16 comes into sliding contact. The distribution hole 14 allows distribution of a fluid between the inside and outside of the bearing, and suppresses pressure fluctuation accompanying a temperature change in the space inside the bearing which is sealed by the sealing material 16. Further, the distribution hole 14 is positioned near an upper most part along the annular direction of the inner ring 12 at the time of assembling the bearing.
