PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve supercharging efficiency of an internal combustion engine and heat efficiency of the internal combustion engine, by reducing energy loss in an exhaust pipe part of a supercharger to improve driving efficiency of a turbine. SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe part 21 connected with an exhaust gas inlet port of a supercharger body comprises; a curved flow passage part 16 deflecting an exhaust flow; a parallel and straight flow passage part 22 continuous to the curved flow passage part; an enlarged flow passage part 17 continuous to the parallel and straight flow passage part, and having a flow passage cross-section gradually increased; and a low-speed guide passage part 18 continuous to the enlarged flow passage part and having a cross-section equal to that of the flow passage increased in the enlarged flow passage part.
