PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type fluid machine capable of restraining expansion noises caused by leakage of a fluid generated in compression and delivery processes and realizing low noises. SOLUTION: The noises directly leaked from an inflow port to the outside can be insulated without radially expanding the external appearance of the scroll type fluid machine since an inflow muffler is integrally formed on a fixed scroll 1. The expansion noises generated in the compression and delivery processes, which are caused by leakage of a fluid and mechanical noises generated from a bearing can be reduced, and consequently, low noises can be realized.
