PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining component for a resin-made fuel tank capable of demonstrating the excellent bonding power at a bonded portion to an outer periphery of an opening part of the resin-made fuel tank, and realizing high barrier property to a fuel on its bonding interface. SOLUTION: The resin-made fuel tank has a substantially cylindrical multi-layered structure of two or more layers in which a barrier layer 1 and at least one of an inner layer 2 formed on its inner circumferential surface and an outer layer 3 formed on its outer circumferential surface are coaxially laminated. A material of the barrier layer 1 is a compound material in which polyethylene is blended in any one of or two or more fuel permeability-resistant resins such as EVOH, PA, polyester and LCP.
