PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor illumination lamp for a vehicle exhibiting good illumination quality and luxury appearance. SOLUTION: A reflecting plate 41 is arranged between a switch 21 of a housing 12 and a light transmitting plate part 13a of a lens cover 13, and thereby, light of a bulb 22 is directly guided or reflected by the reflecting plate 41 and can be guided from the light transmitting plate part 13a into a cabin without having a trouble that the switch 21 is seen from the cabin side through the light transmitting plate 13a of the lens cover 13 and a fine sight is damaged. An operation protrusion 42 for operating the switch 21 by displacement of the lens cover 13 is provided on the reflecting plate 41, and emergence of shade of the operation protrusion 42 can be prevented.
