PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator supporting structure which has a tank part sufficiently largely while surely supporting the load in the longitudinal direction acting on a radiator and an intercooler, reducing pressure loss of the interclooler, and improving fuel economy and exhaust gas performance. SOLUTION: The intercooler 9 is integrally attached to a front surface of the radiator 1 mounted on a side rail 2, right and left tank parts 10 of the intercooler 9 are arranged on vehicle width both sides of the radiator 1 so that an intake hose connection port 11 formed on an end of the tank part 10 is extended to the vehicle rear part, and a stay connection part 17 formed on the tank part 10 and an anchor bracket 14 attached to the side rail 2 in the rear of the radiator 1 are connected by a stay rod 16.
