PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panel assembly structure capable of absorbing unevenness in filling of filler on the side of a hemming part, and favorably filling the filler in a clearance between an outer panel and an inner panel even after the outer panel and the inner panel are assembled by formation of the hemming part. SOLUTION: At the end 14B of the inner panel 14 exposed from a flange part formed in the outer panel 12, a bent part 26 bent to the opposite side of the outer panel 12 is formed, and a sealer 24 is filled between the bent part 26 and the outer panel 12.
