摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of freedom of an adjustment for approximating a torque line exerted by an energizing means energizing a seat in a raising-up rotating direction to a weight moment curve of the seat. SOLUTION: This tumbling mechanism 5B is provided with a torsion spring 20 to energize the seat 1 connected by a hinge to rise, fall down and rotate in relation to a floor F. The torsion spring 20 has one end 21 latched on a fixed side member 11 and the other end 22 latched on a movable side member 12. A shaft member 11b on the fixed side member 11 side abutting on the one end 21 of the torsion spring 20 to latch the end 21 is connected to a link member 14, and a relative position in relation to the fixed side member 11 is moved by interlocking with rising up rotation of the seat 1.
