PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaped article excellent in wear resistance, slidability, moisture impermeability, and the lowness in surface tack having a DLC coating film on a cured layer of an ionization radiation curable resin, a manufacturing method of the same, the shaped article, and a seal member for an electronic component and the electronic component using the shaped article obtained by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The shaped article comprises, laminated in this order, an article to be attached, a cured layer of an ionization radiation curable resin composition and a diamond like carbon coating film.
