PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directional angle indicator of a tire having a sufficient feasibility in consideration of securing a space for a driver, and versatility. SOLUTION: An illumination controller 1 comprises: a tire positional information calculation part 11 and a reference position calculation part 12, for calculating a handle rotation angle from a tire rotation angle, and a reference position which is not rotated or displaced by handle rotation: an illumination display position calculation part 13 for calculating a position of a luminous part 31 lighted by an indicator 3 equivalent to an angular position rotated and displaced for the tire rotation angle from the reference position; and an illumination control part 14 for controlling to cause the luminous part 31 in a position set by the illumination display position calculation part 13 to light up.
