PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a printing density in a stamping having a porous rubber printing body impregnated with ink. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 2, in which a printing body holder 3 and a rubber printing body 4 are vertically slidably housed, incorporates an ink tank 9, a feeding pipe 10 for feeding ink from the ink tank to the printing body, and a bellows type pneumatic pump part 12 connected to the ink tank. Through the pushing down operation of a handle 7 on stamping, the handle compressed the bellows type pneumatic pump part, resulting in feeding the ink from the ink tank to the rubber printing body. Since the ink is forcibly fed to the rubber printing body by stamping operation, printing density becomes stable from the initial stage after the body is filled with the ink to its exhaustion.
