PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the probability of big winning from deliberately being increased. SOLUTION: A rotary solenoid 23 which drives a ball shooting hammer 20 can only be actuated on the condition that a player is in touch with a shooting handle 17 by touch board. And, when a single-shot switch 19 is pushed while the balls are being shot, the electric current to the rotary solenoid 23 is halted and then the shooting motion stops. After that when the single-shot switch 19 is released, a control unit 31, detecting this signal, reads random numbers out of a random number table written in a ROM33. And the control unit subsequently begins subtracting these read-out values until the values become zero when it resumes supplying the electricity to the rotary solenoid 23. The time until the signal for supplying the electricity from the control device 31 is regulated by the randomly chosen random numbers, thereby the time until the rotary solenoid 23 is actuated is delayed randomly.
