PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed pitch regulating device of a sewing machine, which can be formed easily. SOLUTION: A feed pitch regulating mechanism 50 is provided with a feed regulator 55 having a cam part 55a changing a cloth feeding amount by a feed dog 35 by changing an inclination angle, a feed regulating stud 100 having an abutment part 102 abutting on the feed regulator 55 at the tip and rotating and axially reciprocating by a thread part 101 around its outer circumference, a feed regulator body 104 rotatably and axially immovably supported to a sewing machine frame 4, a dial 107 connected to the feed regulator body 104, and a spring 106 applying a rotation resistance to the dial 107 by axially energizing the dial 107. The thread part 101 of the feed regulating stud 100 is provided around the outer circumference to facilitate the machining into a square thread or a trapezoidal thread. A stud hole 4a for fitting the feed regulating stud 100 therein is provided penetrating through the sewing machine frame so as to facilitate the machining of a female thread.
