PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow-protective lifting tool simplifying fixation of a lifting rope used for snow-protection lifting work so as to make the work efficient and labor-saving: and to provide a lifting rope-fixing tool for the same. SOLUTION: The snow-protective lifting tool has the following structure: a seat board 2 having a circular outer periphery is mounted at the top part of a cylindrical set-in body 1 in which a support 6 is set; a push bolt 1b is screwed in an appropriate portion at the peripheral surface of the set-in body; a circular ring body 3 set around the periphery of the seat board 2 at a prescribed height is provided with the desired number of catching grooves 3a so as to be recessed; and a lifting rope-fixing tool 4 is set on the seat board 2 in its specific mode.
