An output driver capable of pre-emphasis is provided to reduce a hardware load of a semiconductor device by performing pre-emphasis through a source peaking method. A driving part comprises a first type transistor and a second type transistor serially connected with each other, and amplifies an input signal inputted to a gate of the first type transistor and the second type transistor and then outputs the amplified input signal to a node where the first type transistor and the second type transistor are connected. A first source peaking part is connected between the first type transistor and a first voltage, and adjusts impedance in response to a frequency of the input signal. A second source peaking part is connected between the second type transistor and a second voltage, and adjusts impedance in response to the frequency of the input signal.
