<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying device which need not have extra components even when having a function of diffusing toner, has simple constitution, and can be made low-cost and compact. <P>SOLUTION: The developer conveying device has a developer container 200 which contains a developer and a developer conveying member 220 having first conveying sections 220a and 220c which are provided spirally along the axis of a rotary shaft rotating by receiving torque from a driving source and convey the developer in one direction in the container 200.
