PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an method of efficiently manufacturing a resin-made three-way-sealed bag in which a roundess is formed in each corner of the both sides of the bottom with two sheets of rolled film, and also to provide the bag obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method has a rolled film welding process of feeding two sheets of rolled film made of a thermoplastic resin continuously in superimposed form and welding one edge of the superimposed sheets, the first fusion cutting process of fusion-cutting the welded edge at a specified pitch so as to form a chevron structure in which both sides are bent concavely in the form of a quarter circle while feeding the rolled film intermittently and the second fusion cutting process of fusion-cutting the rolled film transversely from the top of the chevron-shaped fusion-cut portion 9 while feeding the rolled film intermittently. The bag 11 obtained by the method is a three-way-sealed bag with a good appearance in which both sides and the bottom are sealed by fusion cutting and a roundness is formed in each corner of the both sides of the bottom.
