PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit breaker facilitating an insulation resistance measuring test or the like even in a state of being installed in a distribution board or the like and easily opening/closing an opening for the test. SOLUTION: A front face of the wiring circuit breaker 1 is provided with terminals L1-L3 functioning as quick connection terminals, and insertion holes 16 that can insert measuring terminals of various measuring instruments are opened on the lower side of the respective terminals L1-L3. An insertion hole cover 8 formed of synthetic resin into vertically long rectangular thin plate shape and provided with three oblong holes 21 bored in the center at intervals corresponding to the terminals L1-L3 and sized to simultaneously expose a set of vertically connected terminals L1-L3 and the insertion holes 16, is installed to be slidable on the front face of the wiring circuit breaker 1.
