PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a clamper for fitting an optical disk freely rotatably to a spindle motor is formed integrally with a spindle motor, a hand is easy to touch and an operability is poor during loading and unloading the disk. SOLUTION: A disk movie 30 in which an object photographed through a lens 31 is recorded through an optical pickup 41, is provided with a releasing part 8 releasing fixing of the optical disk by a clamper part 2 fixed freely rotatably around a rotation shaft, in association with opening door operation of a cover part 7 of a disk device. By this constitution, when the optical disk is taken from the disk device, as it can be suppressed that a photographer touches a recording plane of the optical disk with a hand, operability of the disk movie 30 can be improved.
