发明名称 REAL TIME CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE USING DISPERSION OPTICAL SYSTEM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real time confocal microscope not including a scanner but using a dispersion optical system capable of capturing the two-dimensional cross-sectional video of an object in real time. SOLUTION: The real time confocal microscope includes: a wide-band light source; an illumination optical system for condensing light outgoing from the light source and for illuminating it on a slit aperture; the slit aperture for allowing illuminating light radiated from the illumination optical system to pass through only a slit area; a tube lens for making the light passing through the slit aperture into parallel beams; a first dispersion optical system for allowing the parallel beams outgoing from the tube lens to advance at a different angle according to wavelength; an objective for allowing the light outgoing from the first dispersion optical system to illuminate a sample piece; a first image forming lens for making the light reflected by the sample piece and passing through the slit aperture into parallel beams; a second dispersion optical system for allowing the parallel beams passing through the first image forming lens to advance at a different angle according to the wavelength; a second image forming lens for forming the image with the light outgoing from the second dispersion optical system; and a two-dimensional photoelectric detector for changing over the light made a formed image by the second image forming lens into an electrical signal.
