PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device having, improved operability for carrying out photographing, and to provide a photographic method and a photography program. SOLUTION: A CPU (Central Processing Unit) performs control, in such a manner that when pressing force indicated by a pressure signal output from the pressure sensor 94 of a release switch 56A reaches a predetermined pressure or higher, photography preparation is carried out, then the condition at the end of photography preparation is retained for a predetermined period, and that photographing is carried out, when the speed of change, in the pressing force with respect to the direction of pressing the pressure sensor 94, reaches a predetermined speed or higher during the predetermined period.
