PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline regeneration method which certainly cuts off the opening end of a pipeline to facilitate the regeneration of the pipeline, and drains dammed-up sewage to a downstream pipeline. SOLUTION: A drain hose 27 for draining the sewage 45 dammed up by a cutting-off member 40 is inserted in a pipe lining material 1 as the pipe lining material 1 is inserted in the pipeline. When the curable resin infiltrated in the pipe lining material 1 is cured, the sewage 45 dammed up on the upstream side of the pipeline to be regenerated is discharged to the downstream part of the pipeline to be regenerated through the drain hose 27 in the pipe lining material. By this constitution, the sewage dammed up on the upstream side of the pipeline to be regenerated is easily drained and the smooth, and efficient regeneration of the pipeline not troubled by sewage is performed.
