PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an oxygen-barrier multilayer film which is easy to handle when storing it since the deactivation of the oxygen absorbing property does not occur in the state of a film master roll, and which is good in the processability to form a multilayer package and a multilayer container. SOLUTION: In the multilayer film on the inside and the outside of an oxygen absorbing resin layer (B), intermediate layers consisting of the inside barrier layer (A) and the outside barrier layer (C) consisting of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) are provided by co-extrusion molding; the film thickness ratios of the intermediate layers are made to be specific ranges; and the tensile characteristics of the multilayer film are improved to form the oxygen-barrier multilayer film good in the processability of producing the package.
