A colored paint for preventing adhesion, and a method for preparing the colored paint are provided to prevent the adhesion of illegal stuck matter and to allow the adhered matter to be removed easily. A colored paint comprises a composition used in first painting process which comprises 15-20 parts by weight of a urethane resin, 4-5 parts by weight of isocyanate, 6-8 parts by weight of a polyethylene powder having a diameter of 100 micrometers, 15-20 parts by weight of acetone, 50-55 parts by weight of toluene, and a pigment; and a composition used in second painting process which comprises 5-7 parts by weight of a silicone resin, 60-65 parts by weight of n-hexane, 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of organopolysiloxane, and 30-35 parts by weight of toluene. |
