<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of outputting accurate output signals at all times by recognizing a faulty state, when a volatile memory for output is at fault. <P>SOLUTION: By recognizing the first two bits of initial data, which has been transferred from a volatile memory 77 to the volatile memory 80 for output via a volatile memory 78 for readout and a comparator circuit 79, as prescribed data immediately after the power has been turned on, failure diagnosis is performed on the volatile memory for output 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
