<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting device which can control the temperature with high precision, and can emit light at a constant temperature without being affected by the temperature variation due to the generation of heat of the light-emitting element itself and by the variation of environmental temperature around the light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting device is equipped with a light-emitting element, a support to mount the light-emitting element, a temperature sensor mounted on the support and electrically insulated to the light-emitting element, wherein the light-emitting element and the temperature sensor is integrally sealed by translucent resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
