<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for mass analyzed data, capable of rapidly and accurately searching components similar to the target component, on the basis of the result of MS<SP>n</SP>analysis obtained with respect to each of the unknown components in a sample. <P>SOLUTION: MS<SP>n</SP>analysis is performed, with respect to each of the components in the mixed sample using an LC/MS device and predetermined variables are led out (steps S11-S13), on the basis of the obtained spectrum data (measured data) and the spectrum data (reference data) of the target component. Multivariate analysis is performed, by using the variable to calculate the similarity of the target component with each of the components in the mixed sample (step S14), while selecting components similar to the target component, on the basis of the similarity (step S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
