PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller in which friction coefficient is not reduced even for a storage period until starting of operation of an image forming device and non-feeding of the paper is not generated at starting of the operation. SOLUTION: In the rubber roller in which a rubber composition is molded to a roller shape, complex modulus of elasticity of rubber (E*) and surface roughness (Rz) of the rubber roller satisfy a relationship indicated by formula (1): 7×Ln(E*)-0.12×Rz+3.0≤10 and further, variation of rubber hardness when it is heat-aged at 70°C for 8 days is 5 points or less.
