PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit capable of attaining a contrivance of a low consumed current while improving a conversion gain and a noise characteristic. SOLUTION: The mixer circuit 100 includes: a p-type first MOS transistor 1 connected to a power supply level VCC and whose gate receives a first bias voltage bias1 and a first wireless frequency signal RF+; an n-type second MOS transistor 2 connected between the first MOS transistor 1 and a ground level and whose gate receives a second bias voltage bias2 and the first wireless frequency signal RF+; an n-type third MOS transistor 3 connected between a first connection point 101 and the power supply level in parallel with the first MOS transistor 1 and whose gate receives a third bias voltage bias3 and a first local oscillation signal LO+; and a first output terminal 102 for outputting a first intermediate frequency signal OUT+.
