PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate unit capable of effectively manufacturing laminate units for laminated ceramic electronic components in which level differences on surfaces have been removed. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the laminate units for the laminated ceramic electronic components, dielectric paste containing a dielectric material is applied to the surface of a support sheet 4 by a photogravure coating method, a spacer layer 7 on which a plurality of recessed parts 7a are formed is formed by a pattern complementary to the pattern of an electrode layer, an electrode layer 6 is formed by printing electrode paste in the plurality of recessed parts of the spacer layer, and a ceramic green sheet 2 containing the dielectric material is formed on the electrode layer and the spacer layer.
