PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body lower part structure absorbing a load applied to a side face of a vehicle and suppressing a projected amount into a cabin when absorbing the load. SOLUTION: In this vehicle body lower part structure 11, a right outrigger 24 has a U-shape in cross section and is formed by a bottom side 151 and sides 152 and 153 connected to the bottom side 151, and forms a bag structure 158 with a floor panel 27 mounted in an opening 156 opposed to the bottom side 151. A first inclined part 161, a horizontal part 162 and a second inclined part 164 are formed on the bottom side 151 to gradually increase cross-sectional area of the bag structure 158 from a side sill to a floor frame. A first brittle part 173 is formed at a boundary part of the horizontal part 162 and the second inclined part 164. In the second inclined part 164, a second brittle part 176 of a recessed shape is formed. The right outrigger 24 is gradually deformed toward the floor frame 18 to absorb the load.
