PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet take-up shaft body, which not only has a simple structure, but also facilitates the removal of a cleaning sheet. SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet take-up shaft body 5 is equipped with a nearly C shape crosssectional cylindrical member 11 having an axially longitudinal opening part 10. A shaft-like member 12 is fitted on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical member 11. When the cleaning sheet is taken-up, the cleaning sheet take-up shaft body 5 turns into a larger shaft-diametral state that some part of the shaft-like member 12 projects above the opening part 10 through the relative rotation of the cylindrical member 11 to the shaft-like member 12. When the cleaning sheet is removed, the cleaning sheet take-up haft body 5 turns into a smaller shaft-diametral state that the shaft-like member 12 does not project above the opening part 10 through the relative rotation of the cylindrical member 11 to the shaft-like member 12.
