<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts transfer device capable of transferring parts by reliably sucking any parts by the use of a sucking means. <P>SOLUTION: The parts transfer device capable of transferring the parts of a parts supply portion arranged on a base includes: the sucking means for sucking the parts E of the parts supply portion; a moving means for moving the sucking means; and a sucking means position control means for positioning the sucking means in the upper part of a sucking position, based on information concerning the sucking position for the component to be sucked, which is arranged in the parts supply portion.
