<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer diaphragm for a high-speed railway vehicle, which certainly reduces a hissing noise and a travel resistance, improves durability, outer appearance of connection parts of the vehicle, and working stability, prevents deviation from a vehicle limit even if failure or breakage occurs, and takes advantage of an installation space. <P>SOLUTION: A side part outer diaphragm mechanism 6 of the outer diaphragm 5 comprises: a fixed outer hood 10 fixed on a gable wall a; a first movable outer diaphragm 11 arranged neighboring the fixed outer hood; a second movable diaphragm 12 arranged neighboring the first movable outer hood 11; a first link mechanism 14 capable of holding the first movable outer hood 11 at an alignment position by coupling the first movable outer hood 11 to the gable wall 1a, and movable to a shrink position; and a first link mechanism 16 capable of holding the second movable outer diaphragm 12 at the alignment position by coupling the second movable outer diaphragm 12 to the first movable outer diaphragm 11, and movable to the degeneracy position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
