<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device, comprising a switching mechanism of a compactor and simpler structure. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device is provided with: a drive gear 30 to which rotation of a spindle 12 is transmitted; a first switching gear 43 relatively movably journalled to the shaft of the drive gear 30; a switch lever 42 the end part of which is supported by a bearing plate 17 to be movable by the first switching gear 43; a first and a second projections 30a and 43a provided between the drive bear 30 and the first switching gear 43 to move the shaft of the drive gear 30 and the shaft of the first switching gear 43 relatively to each other; and a switch assembly 41 changed over by the switch lever 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
