<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk of contamination of foreign matters which is caused by a tilted puncture needle of a syringe. <P>SOLUTION: A cap for a vial is equipped with a main body 10 having an opening part 11 formed on the top surface and a skirt 12 and a cover 20 detachably attached to the top surface of the main body 10.
