<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the removal of multiplex introduction, the thorough efficiency of a talent introduction process, the return of the costs to a labor side, the lead time shortening of job offering/job seeking matching and a direct recontract which is not bound by any contract of an agent. <P>SOLUTION: This talent introduction support server 1 is provided with: a job seeker information storage means 2 for storing job seeker information Ia by associating it with an identification code; an information acquiring means 11 for acquiring and storing the identification code and subject information of a job seeker selected by a job offerer; a means 12 for transmitting the subject information to a mail address registered so as to be associated with the acquired identification code, and for making an inquiry for whether or not the job seeker responds to the job offer; a final information acquiring means 13 for acquiring and recoding the identification code finally selected by the job offerer among identification codes of the job seekers who have made an answer to respond to the inquiry; and a mail address transmitting means 14 for transmitting the mail address of the finally selected identification code to the job offerer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
