<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly connect an electric motor with a driving shaft from an internal combustion engine based on a request of increasing driving force in a power output device selectably connecting the electric motor to either one of the internal combustion engine and the driving shaft. <P>SOLUTION: In the hybrid vehicle 20, when a requested torque T* is increased based on a driver's acceleration request in a motor-engine connected state, an engine 22, motors MG1 and MG2 and actuators 66 and 67 of a connection/disconnection unit 60 are controlled so as to output a driving force based on the requested torque T* with discharge restriction for restricing charge/discharge request power Pb* to zero value (step S220) and switching from the motor-engine connected state to a motor-driving shaft connected state (step S250). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
