PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens sheet with only a small difference in view angle between the central part of the width direction and the edge part of the width direction. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a plurality of light incidence side lenticular lenses 1 on one face, a plurality of light output side lenticular lenses 2 on the other face, and a light absorption part 3 formed between the neighboring light output side lenticular lenses 2 and 2. The light absorption part 3 is formed on the convex part 4 that is elevated to the height H higher than the top of the light output side lenticular lens 2 in the portion other than the light output side lenticular lens 2. The lenticular lens sheet 11 is configured to satisfy the formula ¾D<SB>E</SB>-D<SB>C</SB>¾/D<SB>C</SB>≤3×10<SP>-2</SP>where the distance in the thickness direction between the valley part 1b between the light incidence side lenticular lenses in the central part of the width direction of this sheet, and the valley part 2b between the light output side lenticular lens 2 and the convex part 4 is D<SB>C</SB>, and the distance in the thickness direction between the valley part 1b and the valley part 2b in the edge part of the width direction is D<SB>E</SB>.
