摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger manufacturing method for positively carrying out junction and integration by diffused junction in a latter process by holding a plurality of press-molded heat exchange plates in an aligned and lapped state, and properly abutting portions set as junction portions of the heat exchange plates, on each other. SOLUTION: The plurality of press-molded heat exchange plates 10 are mounted on a table 30 in the aligned and lapped state. Pressing force is applied in a lapped direction while maintaining the aligned state, and a situation allowing decompression to a pressure for diffused junction is provided in a plate peripheral space. Since transition to the diffused junction process can be carried out as is, a matching state of positions of multiple portions to be joined of the lapped plates without deviation can be provided, and diffused junction can be properly carried out for integration in the latter process with the portions to be joined in positive abutting states. The heat exchanger provided with multiple joined portions of plates and having high pressure resistance can be positively manufactured by using the press-molded heat exchange plates 10.
