PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a fixing means for fixing a detachable baby seat or bed. SOLUTION: The device for detachably attaching the seat or the bed to the cart with a connecting handle is fitted to a fitting part provided in the cart. The device includes a first portion 1 provided in a lower end of the handle and designed to be tapered toward one end thereof and provided with a hollow part 5 for housing a movable element 6 fitted to move on a fixing means 7, and a second portion 2 provided with the fixing means 7 to be moved by a rope so as to be fixed to the seat or the bed 4. One end 6' of the arch-like movable element 6 is structured to be turned in the tapered end 5' of the hollow part, and the other end 6" of the arch-shape is connected to a traction rope 8.
