PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that is of a simple structure and capable of obtaining high power conversion efficiency, by switching on and off MOSFETs at accurate timing. SOLUTION: Rectifying elements constituting a rectifier circuit is structured with a MOSFET 3a (3b) that makes a current flow in the same direction with the forward direction of a parasitic diode. The MOSFET 3a (3b) comprises a drive means 6a (6b), a first diode 9a (9b) whose one terminal of the same polarity with that of the parasitic diode connected to the drain terminal of the MOSFET 3a (3b) is connected to the drain terminal of the MOSFET 3a (3b) and the other terminal of which is connected to a constant voltage source using the source potential of the MOSFET 3a (3b) as a reference via a resistor, and a voltage comparison means 11a (11b) that compares a voltage between the other terminal of the first diode 9a (9b) and the source terminal of the MOSFET 3a (3b) with the prescribed reference voltage.
