PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processing constitution for a mark index that discriminates a correct marker color from a document where correct and incorrect marker colors are mixed and registers it. SOLUTION: An information processor is configured to analyze a marker color from an added document given an additional entry using a color marker and perform property judgment processing for document information based upon the marker color through a regular marker color judgment section 404, and the information processor discriminates the correct marker color by analyzing a color region having contact regions of a plurality of different colors. After recording of a marker color which is recorded by mistake, the correct marker color is recorded according to a predetermined rule, and analytic algorithm corresponding to the recording rule is applied to discriminate the correct marker color. With this constitution, efficient and accurate character string extraction/attribute imparting processing using the marker pen can be performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
