PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce looseness caused after being installed in a form, while exhibiting sufficient resistance force even to excessive axial force introduced during working hours. SOLUTION: This reinforcement holder 11 holds a presser reinforcement 4 in a state of sandwiching a lower form 90 between a fastening member 16 and a holding member 14, by projecting a head part of a bolt 13 and the fastening member 16 outside the lower form 90, by pushing the bolt 13 in a through-hole 90a of the lower form 90, by hooking a hook 12a of a rod 12 on the presser reinforcement 4. The fastening member 16 has a plurality of wings 32 expanding in the radial outward direction for turning to the shaft part tip side from the head part side of the bolt 13. The plurality of wing parts 32 can be retracted in the radial inward direction, while storing elastic reset force, when passing through the through-hole 90a, and are formed so as to be capable of biting in the lower form 90, when holding the presser reinforcement 4.
