PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt device easy in installation, capable of easily refastening even after installation, and capable of correcting settlement of a building without restoring a foundation. SOLUTION: This anchor bolt device has a base part 3 embedded in the foundation 11 and composed of a tip screw part 7 of threading a female screw on an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body and a storage part 9 storing a spring 8 inside, an anchor bolt 2 of threading a male screw on the outer periphery threadedly engaging with the tip screw part 7, and a support nut 4 fixed to this anchor bolt 2. A lower end part of the anchor bolt 2 has the support nut 4 and a washer 5a, and is threadedly penetrated through the tip screw part 7, and is further inserted into the spring storage part 9, and maintains a state of being energized upward by the spring 8 by engaging with a spring upper end part, and is fixed to the anchor bolt 2 by fastening a sill 12 by the support nut 4 and an installation nut 6.
