PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane composition that guarantees practically enough long time for coating work, as well as can shorten curing time in a case of forming a coating film that is comparatively thick but does not show any swelling by carbon dioxide gas and is highly weather resistant. SOLUTION: The urethane composition contains (A) a urethane prepolymer having at least two isocyanate group, (B) a urethane compound having a terminal oxazolidine group, (C) a calcium salt of an organic acid, and (D) a water-in-oil type emulsion formed by dispersing water (d2) in a hydrophobic compound (d1) that is liquid at ordinary temperature, wherein, an amount of the water (d2) contained in the water-in-oil type emulsion (D) is 0.1-1.5 mass% to the total amount of the urethane composition.
